- On Friday, April 19, State Police troopers from Wappinger arrested Robert J. Fluri, 55, of Fishkill, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Wappinger, when he was stopped for an interview regarding his role in a dispute in the Viscount parking lot. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, April 20, State Police troopers from Wappinger arrested Joseph D. Corti, 40, of Pawling, for DWI. He was traveling on West Main Street in Pawling, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, April 20, State Police troopers from Poughkeepsie arrested an 18-year-old, for DWI. The suspect was traveling on State Route 44 in Poughkeepsie, and stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that the suspect was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, April 20, State Police troopers from Stormville arrested Anthony L. Christiana, 22, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in Kent, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, April 21, 2019, State Police troopers from Stormville arrested Sarah L. Santiago, 22, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. She was found parked in the lane of travel on State Route 376 in Wappinger in her vehicle. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, April 21, State Police troopers from Wappinger arrested Eric J. Lopez, 22, of Pawling, for DWI. He was traveling on Game Farm Road inPawling, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, April 21, State Police troopers from Wappinger arrested Ezequiel J. Laracuente Garcia, 24, of Hopewell Junction, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a felony. He was arrested after arriving at the designated exchange location on Main Street in Fishkill, with his child for custody exchange. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with the child in the vehicle.
Westchester County
- On Saturday, April 20, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Ramiro Castillo Puntiel, 35, of Yonkers, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, April 21, State Police troopers from East Fishkill arrested Silvia M. Ralph, 57, of Yonkers, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in Fishkill, when she was found sleeping on the shoulder. An investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, April 21, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Elvis I. Vele, 23, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on Dutch Street in Cortlandt, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Putnam County
- On Sunday, April 21, State Police troopers from Brewster arrested Jose D. Aguirre Portillo, 30, of Southeast, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on North Main Street in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Fairfield County
- On Saturday, April 20, State Police troopers from East Fishkill arrested Carlos V. Ludisaca Yungasaca, 27, of Danbury, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in Southeast, when he was found parked on the shoulder of the controlled access highway. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
